As a registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation, CCST is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board provides strategic vision and direction and has fiduciary responsibility for CCST. Distinguished leaders from academia and industry—including those representing our Sustaining Institutions and Federal Laboratory Affiliates—form the membership of the Board.
