Stephen Francis
Placement: Office of Assemblymember Perea
Stephen received a PhD in Cell Biology from Yale University and a ScB in Neuroscience from Brown University. He completed his PhD dissertation research with Genentech Research Oncology in South San Francisco. Stephen is currently a Senior Legislative Analyst with the Congressional Research Service at the Library of Congress in Washington DC.
