Jeffery Song
Placement: Senate Transportation and Housing Committee
Born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in Houston, TX, Jeffery has a joint PhD in Engineering and Public Policy and in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. After the fellowship, Jeffery was recruited to help with training of the 2019 CCST Science Fellows and then worked as a Transportation Policy Postdoctoral Researcher at University of California – Davis where he led the evaluation of new pilot projects to provide better transportation options in rural, low-income communities in California. Jeffery is now Fellowship Manager at Activate Anywhere.
