Stanford University's Bill Lane Center for the American West
Robert Liu is an intern with the California Council on Science and Technology through the Bill Lane Center for the American West. He is currently working on planning and executing an expert briefing that examines the various ways that state governments are investing in emerging technologies by convening leaders across the nation.
Robert is a Junior at Stanford University studying history and economics. He also conducts research with the “Ecosystem of Scientific Innovation” group at the Hoover Institution and assists the Lane Center with their annual State of the West Conference.
