Matthew Dumlao
Placement: Senate Natural Resources Committee
Matt received his PhD in Soils and Biogeochemistry from UC Davis, a MA in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from University of Colorado at Boulder, and a BS in Plant Biology from UC Davis. Matthew now serves as Environmental Policy Advisor with the Office of Lieutenant Governor, State of California.
