Marissa Kraynak
Placement: Assembly Committee on Health
Originally from Larksville, Pennsylvania, Marissa received a PhD in Endocrinology and Reproductive Physiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her graduate work examined the role of the steroid hormone estradiol in regulating female reproduction and behavior in the brains of marmoset monkeys. Marissa received a BA in Neuroscience from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. Marissa is currently Director of Health Policy Research at Insure the Uninsured Project.
