Nikki Soltis
Placement: Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development
Nikki received a PhD in Plant Biology from UC Davis. For her dissertation, she studied how one disease uses diverse genes to attack most food crops, in addition to wine grapes and cannabis. She received an MS in Biology from Tufts University and a BS in Integrative Biology from UC Berkeley. Nikki is currently an Environmental Scientist at CalRecycle.
