Sierra Cook

Sierra received a PhD in Applied Physics from Cornell University, with a minor in Biomedical Engineering. For her dissertation, she studied knee joint lubrication at the molecular level for improved arthritis treatments. She received a BA in Physics from UC Berkeley and is a community college graduate of Moorpark College. Sierra is currently Director of Government Relations at the San Diego Unified School District.
