Nathan Phillips
Placement: Senate Transportations and Housing Committee
A Sacramento, California native, Nathan received a PhD from Duke University and BS in Physics from Sacramento State. He entered the fellowship on sabbatical from his professorship at Boston University. Nathan returned to serve as Professor of Earth and Environment at Boston University, and has received a CCST State Fellowships Planning Grant to explore creating a Massachusetts program.
