Nicole Meyer-Morse
Placement: Governor's Office of Emergency Services (OES)
Nicole received a PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology from UC Berkeley. Prior to becoming a CCST Science Fellow, she was a AAAS S&T Policy Fellow with the U.S. Department of Defense focusing on chemical and biological defense issues. Meyer-Morse was the first CCST Executive Branch Fellow, placed with the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES). After the fellowship, she was hired on by the office. Nicole is currently the Deputy Director at FEMA Consolidated Resource Center, West.
