David Ernest Garcia
Placement: Office of Assemblymember Nancy Skinner
David received a PhD in Chemistry from UC Berkeley, with research conducted at the Joint BioEnergy Institute of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. He earned a BA in Chemistry at Claremont McKenna College. David now serves as Legislative Director for the California Air Resources Board.
