Colin Murphy
Placement: Office of Assemblymember Bill Quirk
Colin received a PhD in Transportation Technology and Policy from UC Davis, a MS in Science, Technology and Public Policy from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and a BS in Biological Systems Engineering from UC Davis. After the fellowship, Colin worked as a Climate Policy Advocate at NextGen Climate America. Colin is now Deputy Director of the Policy Institute for Energy, Environment and the Economy at UC Davis, and the Policy Director for the National Center for Sustainable Transportation.
