Placement: California Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development
Originally from New York, Alex focused her research efforts in neuroscience on better defining typical processes that contribute to brain development in order to then better identify how disruptions in these processes lead to clinical features common in neurodevelopmental disorders. Alex earned a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Southern California and a BS in Neuroscience from the University of Miami.
