Placement: Assembly Transportation Committee
From the Bay Area, Stephanie used lasers and x-rays to study materials that absorb sunlight to make hydrogen and oxygen gas from water. Stephanie spent the last seven years working in patent law, focused in the pharmaceutical, cleantech, food/agriculture, and biotech spaces. Stephanie earned a PhD in Chemistry from UC Berkeley and a BA in Chemistry from Northwestern University.
