Michael Karavolias
Placement: California Governor’s Office of Business & Economic Development (GoBiz)
Originally from Long Island, Michael designed polymers that may be useful for accessing smaller microchip transistors. He earned his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware. Michael is currently a Sustainable Innovation Specialist with the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GoBiz).
