Alec Watts
Placement: Assembly Judiciary Committee
For his graduate research, Alec investigated gender and antigay bias in the labor market. He also led digital product development research in Silicon Valley. He earned his PhD in Sociology from Stanford University and a BA in Political Science & Sociology from the University of Georgia. Alec is currently Assistant Deputy Director of Research and Strategic Initiatives with the California Civil Rights Department.
