Zoe R. Guttman
Placement: Office of Senator Portantino
Born and raised in New York, Zoe used cognitive neuroscience and behavioral economics to study maladaptive decision-making and addiction. She earned her PhD in Neuroscience from UCLA and a BS in Neural Science & Psychology from NYU. Zoe is currently Research and Strategic Growth Specialist with the California Council of Community Behavioral Health Agencies.
