Theresa Keates
Placement: Senate Environmental Quality Committee
Growing up mainly in the San Francisco Bay Area, Theresa studied where in the open ocean seal food is and why. She earned her PhD in Ocean Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a BS in Biology from Western Washington University. Theresa is now a Legislative Analyst at the Legislative Office of the California Energy Commission.
