Mackenna is a Program Associate with CCST. She has previously worked for a local nonprofit as an Administrative Specialist where she interacted directly with the local community in providing harm reduction and treatment services to those in need. Mackenna focused primarily on administering support for the Driving Under the Influence program where she managed court-ordered educational programs and served as the Provider Representative for the Sacramento Superior Court.
Mackenna is an alumni of California State University, Sacramento where she studied Environmental Studies with an emphasis on Sustainability. In her time at Sacramento State, she worked in University Housing Services as a Resident Advisor and interned with Sac State Sustainability where she helped to establish the Bioconversion and Agricultural Collaborative to work towards the university’s goal of becoming a zero-waste institution by 2030.
In her free time, Mackenna enjoys the outdoors, the occasional DIY project, and spending time with her friends and family.
