J. Fernando Niebla

Niebla is the founder and current Chief Executive Officer of International Technology Partners (ITP) an information technology services company serving both the U.S. and Latin American markets. ITP has offices in California, Florida and Mexico and alliances with companies in various other Latin American countries. Prior to ITP, in 1979, Niebla founded Infotec Development Incorporated (IDI) and was its CEO through 1996 when the company was merged with a public company. As a division of a larger company, IDI continues to be an IT services organization serving primarily the defense industry with particular expertise in Mission Control Centers for Space Satellites and in other mission critical large, computer network systems. Earlier in his career, Niebla worked for Rockwell International at Cape Kennedy in the Manned Space Program and in technical and management capacities in various communications and navigation satellite programs.
